And you've felt the first breathing practice, right there in the session, alongside everything we learned. Now we go deeper. Over three sessions we look more closely at your stressors — what they are, what they trigger, and what they cost you in your daily life. We look at how stress shows up in your body, your mind, your emotions, your behaviour. We build the awareness that makes everything else possible: learning to catch the signal early, to hear what your nervous system is telling you before it has to shout. The tools begin to take shape. Real ones — not theoretical, not borrowed from a book, but built for you and your life. The breathing practice deepens. And something quietly starts to shift. Most clients continue — because three sessions is a powerful beginning, but lasting change needs more time and repetition. This block gives you a genuine foundation to stand on.
