This is where the redesign begins.

By the time you reach this block, the first session has already shifted something. You've each told your story. You've begun to see the dance between you — the patterns, the roles, the conversations that keep circling without landing — with a little more clarity and a little less blame.

Now we go deeper.

We begin with me — both of you, individually. Your values. Your needs. The beliefs about love and partnership you've been carrying into this relationship. The roles you've each taken on without quite choosing them. What you each actually need, and how well the relationship is currently meeting those needs.

And then we turn toward you — the other. Not the version of your partner you've been arguing with, or the version you fell in love with years ago. The actual person in front of you, right now, at this stage of life. Who are you to each other now? What do you each see — and what have you stopped seeing?

These three sessions open the questions that make redesign possible. Most couples continue — because opening the door is just the beginning. But this block gives you a genuine, honest start.
