Six sessions over 8–10 weeks. Enough time for the knowledge to sink in, the tools to become practised, and the breathing to become yours.
We go beyond understanding stress — we work with your specific patterns, your triggers, your physical and cognitive responses. Stress stops being something that happens to you. It becomes information. A messenger you know how to read.
The 6-session block includes:
· Full stress science — HPA axis, stress response types, nervous system explained
· Breathing practice from session one, deepening through every session
· Cognitive and physical tools — built, practised, integrated
· Your personal stress profile and toolbox
· Behaviour change support — because knowing isn't enough, doing is
· Email support between sessions
We recommend 8–10 weeks. Real change in how you respond to stress takes time and repetition. This block gives you that.
