By the time you reach this block, the first session has already done something important. You have a map. You know where you are — honestly, clearly, without the usual story we tell ourselves about how things should be. And you've decided where you want to start.

Now we start moving.

Over three sessions, we begin to work with what the assessment revealed. The values that matter to you — and how much (or how little) your daily life actually reflects them. The needs that are quietly going unmet — and what that costs you in energy, mood, and motivation. The connection between your lifestyle and your health — how stress, sleep, movement, and meaning all talk to each other in ways that most people were never shown.

And we build. Not a programme you follow — a toolbox you own. Knowledge that makes sense of your own experience. Insights that come from your own life. Strategies that fit the way you actually live.

Most clients continue — because three sessions opens the door, but lasting change needs more time. This block gives you a genuine, honest foundation to stand on.
