This is where sleep actually changes. Six sessions over 8 to 10 weeks. Enough time for the understanding to become recognition. Enough time for the tools to stop feeling like effort — and start feeling like second nature. Enough time for your nervous system to learn something new. We go further into the science of your sleep specifically. Your sleep diary data tells us things that no questionnaire can — the real patterns, the real blockers, the real cost. We work with your circadian rhythm and how to work with it rather than against it. We look at sleep architecture — what should be happening in those cycles of light sleep, deep sleep, and REM, and what's getting in the way of each. We look at the stress-sleep connection in depth. Because for most people, the reason they can't sleep is not a sleep problem — it's a nervous system that never properly learned to switch off. And that's something we can work with. Session by session, your relationship with sleep changes. Not because you're trying harder. Because you understand more. Because the tools are genuinely yours now.
